Sonnenmasse

Sonnenmasse is an ongoing project by vocalist and bass soloist Leon Ewing. Drawing upon doom metal, drone and shoe-gaze, he composes his music according to the acoustic and aesthetic quality of the spaces he performs in. Working around the resonant frequencies, reverberations and standing waves of the built environment of the Shipstores, Ewing’s site-specific sonic experience will shift and heighten your awareness of time and place. A deeply sensory experience for an audience of one.
